October 18, 2006 - 14.36 total miles

Well, today was a semi-lazy day. I heard from my Spanish host sister, Elena, and her husband Antonio and we're planning to get together this weekend (while they're honeymooning in Manhattan). My mom has never met any of my Spanish host family (from 17 years ago) so this will be great for everyone. I went for a short walk with my Uncle Lou tonight (.54 miles) with the dogs. There was a short uphill section, then easy walking from there. No pics because it was around 10:30 at night! Anyway, since my walk was very short, my blog today will be too. Not sure what we're doing tomorrow. Oh! I applied online for a video game content writer position, and I got what I think is their version of a "call back". They asked for three more writing samples. If I get it, I can work from home. If not, I haven't lost anything but a few hours of writing which I need to do anyway. Until tomorrow!
